A delicious cabbage that has a high sugar content, making it the perfect variety for shredding raw into salads for superb sweetness, crunch and colour. Kalibos has a firm, solid heart and few wasted outer leaves. The tasty, tightly packed heads are delicious lightly steamed or use raw in salads and coleslaw. The colour fades when cooked but keeps its beautiful colour when lightly steamed.
