These 5-inch long carrots produce well, even in heavy soil as they are short and stumpy . Crisp, sweet and delicious, and ready in as little as 65 days. Can be planted as early as 3 weeks before last frost, and every 2 weeks for continued harvest. Although grown widely in Asia particularly in Japan this variety is a favourite on our farmers market stall in France . Tender carrots which have bright orange flesh. Very sweet crunchy flesh which are delicious raw as snacks or salads .
